[Abstract] This paper briefly expounds the application of 250 valve in its production and its structure and operation principle. Through the statistics and analysis of the team's 195 oil and water well maintenance and repair work in the past five years, it is concluded that 250 valves are prone to failure in production, common types of faults, through the analysis of fault phenomena, causes, and induction methods Proposed to develop 250 valve maintenance principles.

First, the application of 250 valves in the production of 250 valve structure is simple, easy maintenance, high pressure, Daqing Oilfield is widely used injection and mining equipment. The share of the valve in our injection equipment is 63%. Due to the corrosive nature of the transport medium (oil, gas, and water) and frequent switching operations, it is prone to failures such as looseness, leakage, and switching difficulties. This not only affects the normal production of oil and water wells, but also has many hidden safety hazards. Therefore, the maintenance of the 250 valve is particularly important.
(1) Composition of 250 Valves 250 valves are mainly composed of hand wheel pressure caps, hand wheels, hand wheel keys, bearing pressure caps, copper sleeves, thrust bearings, lead screws, gate plates and valve bodies.
(B) 250 valve operating principle Open the valve, the counterclockwise rotation of the handwheel, with the assistance of the thrust bearing, the copper sleeve rotates along the screw, the inner buckle of the copper sleeve drives and it cooperates with the screw thread to push the screw outward. The lead screw pushes the gate plate connected to the bottom and lifts the gate plate, so that the valve opens and the medium in the pipe flows. Conversely, closing the hand wheel will close the gate plate and prevent the flow of the medium.

1.250 valve prone to failure location Through the analysis of maintenance parts, summarized, 250 valve fault prone to the main parts of three (1). "O" type seal ring "O" type seal ring in the 250 valve gland and screw The contact surface cooperates with the sealing function. Because the material is rubber, it is easily deformed, chipped, broken or fractured through medium corrosion and the valve switching operation, resulting in leakage or water puncture. Wells are mostly production valves, and wells are mostly control valves. Among them, the wells consume less wells and need to control the amount of water every day. The seals are also squeezed by high-pressure water, so they are often damaged and consume more. In the maintenance of 250 valves, the replacement of "O" seals accounted for the largest proportion.
(2).Thrust bearings and copper sleeves are frequently used in oil and water well production due to frequent switching. When the valve is opened or closed, force tools are used. The thrust bearing will not be rusted due to lubrication, and the thrust will be caused by seal leakage. Damaged bearings and copper sleeves. Corruption of the damaged bearings between the ball can not be normal rotation, resulting in hand-wheel switching difficulties, increase staff labor intensity. In 250 valve repair work, the thrust bearing is less damaged.
(3). The gate of the gate 250 is matched with the valve body groove to prevent the medium from flowing. Since the oil and water contain many impurities, the switch valve is operated with pressure and has certain special requirements for the operation, such as improper operation of the staff. It will cause damage to the gate plate and the valve body groove, and the sealing surface will be lax due to wear of the switch, wear and corrosion of the medium flow, and formation of pits, scratches, spots, etc. due to the extrusion of impurities. Water well control valves, vent valves, production valves and total valves are often present, especially control valves. The wells are mostly caused by impurities in the valve slots. In the 250 valve maintenance work, more gates are replaced due to loose valves.
2.250 Common Fault Types According to the analysis of the vulnerable parts of 250 valves, the common 250 faults on the site are divided into five categories and solutions are provided (1). Handwheel loosening phenomenon: When the valve is opened or closed, the handwheel or the hand wheel rotates. The screw is not moving.
The reason for the failure: First, the handwheel pressure cap is not in place, and the handwheel and the screw are not synchronized when the handwheel is not fixed. The second reason is that the fixed handwheel key or keyway on the copper sleeve is damaged and does not match.
Treatment method: Use a spanner wrench to tighten the hand wheel pressure cap until the handwheel does not loosen; replace the hand wheel key or copper sleeve.
90% of such failures are due to the fact that the valve is not tightened when the valve is installed, resulting in gaps in the handwheel and handwheel keys. The switch handwheel can cause damage to the opponent's wheel keys and keyways, and can easily cause unexpected injury to the operator.
(2). Difficulties in valve switching Fault phenomenon: When the valve is turned, it is difficult to turn the handwheel. It is also difficult to use tools.
Failure reasons: First, because the maintenance is not in place, there is no regular filling of butter, thrust bearings rusted due to lack of oil; second, because of the "O" type seal ring damage, corrosion of the bead frame and steel ball.
Treatment method: Fill butter; replace “O” seal and fill with butter.
Most of these failures are caused by poor maintenance and failure to regularly add butter to cause corrosion and damage to thrust bearings. This type of fault can occur for every 250 valves.
(3). Leakage failure phenomenon: The oil, gas and water in the well overflow from the gap of the grease nipple or the bearing pressure cap and copper sleeve, or the gap between the lead screw and the copper sleeve.
Cause of failure: First, because the "O" type seal ring is damaged; Second, the screw is subject to corrosion of the well caused by thin media or screw surface defects, so that the screw and seal ring contact surface is not sealed.
Disposal method: Replace the “O” seal and wipe off the butter; if it is not sealed due to corrosion or damage to the screw, replace it with a new one and apply grease.
(4). Lax valve failure phenomenon: Normal production of 250 oil and water well valves, hand wheel has been closed, but can not completely prevent the flow of the medium.
Causes of failure: First, because the gate plate is damaged or corroded, the gate plate and the valve seat are not sealed tightly; second, the impurities are trapped in the valve slot and the gate plate is not closed tightly and closed.
Treatment method: Laminar damage or corrosion caused by the lax, replace the new gate; if there are impurities in the tank, impurities can be removed.
Such failures are mostly caused by impurity gates in valve slots not being in place, and impurities being squeezed to create gaps.
(5) Copper jacket fracture failure phenomenon: half copper jacket with hand wheel pop-up failure Cause: At the moment of opening the valve, the high-pressure medium in the well, especially the injection well, the high pressure pushes the screw and the copper sleeve up, instantaneously produces ten MPa. The strong outward impact force, due to the casting quality or damage of copper jackets, makes the copper sleeve unable to withstand the high pressure and breaks, and will pull together the handwheel of the half copper sleeve.
Treatment method: Replace the copper sleeve.
Such failures are mostly caused by the unqualified casting quality of copper jackets, accounting for 1% of valve failures, and very few occurrences of oil wells; injection wells occasionally occur due to the delivery of high-pressure water (Table 1);
Third, the 250 valve maintenance principle 1. The new valve before the installation of the first wheel pressure cap and bearing pressure cap tightened and spot welding, to prevent damage to the key or keyway; grease butter, repeated switching several times so that Thrust bearings are fully lubricated.
2. The flexible and easy-to-use valve is forbidden to use the booster bar to close, and the hand wheel is turned back to the head for half circle so that the force between the threads is reduced and the service life is prolonged.
3. The exposed screw should be wiped and greased, and put on the dust jacket to prevent the screw from directly contacting with air, rain, snow, dust and corrosion and rust.
4. If the valve is leaky, lax, and the switch does not move, repair or replace the parts in time and apply grease.
5. The valve must be regularly maintained, maintained and overhauled. The well should be filled once a year for six months. The well should be filled with butter for three months, and the handwheel should be constantly activated to ensure the flexible and smooth operation of the switch and prolong the service life of the valve.
