Analysis of Sales of Commercial Vehicles (Bus Parts) in China in June 2012

According to statistics and analysis submitted by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers for commercial vehicles (passenger parts) production enterprises, the performance of the passenger car market was significantly better than that of the previous month in June 2012. The sales volume of the same month saw a year-on-year growth. In the first half of the year, passenger car sales continued to grow slightly year-on-year.

In June, the number of passenger cars sold was 42,500, a year-on-year increase of 14.29%, and a year-on-year increase of 2.03%. The sales-to-sales ratio was 105.35%. Among the main varieties of passenger cars, compared with the previous month, the sales growth of large and light passenger cars was more obvious, and the growth rate of medium-sized passenger cars was slightly lower. Compared with the same period of last year, the three major categories of passenger cars maintained steady growth. In June, the sales of large passenger cars totaled 0.76 million units, an increase of 14.42% from the previous period and an increase of 1.23% year-on-year; sales of medium-sized passenger cars reached 7.68%, a month-on-month increase of 5.38%, and a year-on-year increase of 0.66%; sales of light buses reached 27,300 units, a year-on-year increase of 17.01%. An increase of 2.64%. The production and sales ratios were 98.38%, 105.63% and 107.40%, respectively, both higher than last month.

In the first half of the year, the number of passenger cars sold was 220,300, an increase of 2.58% year-on-year, and the rate of production and sales was 99.91%. Including: sales of 38,100 large passenger cars, an increase of 8.02%; medium bus sales of 37,800, an increase of 5.53%; light bus sales of 144,400, an increase of 0.51%, production and sales rate were 99.95%, 100.90% and 99.64% .
