By 14 o'clock, the reactor temperature rose to 200 degrees, and according to the start-up network time, the reactor will introduce the catalyst. The entire operator arrived at the scene and finally determined the status of air pressure and conveying air. After confirmation, with the order of the on-site commander, the operator opened the catalyst inlet valve and the delivery damper at the same time. More than 140 tons of yellow fresh catalyst flowed into the reactor continuously with the air. The vice president of the Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute led engineers and technicians to observe and collect samples on the spot to provide guidance for follow-up work.
