Unique Design
The ZW11-132A(11-132KW) series oil-free air compressor adopts single screw as well as the sealing materials, water separation and softening systems imported from Germany. In the process of screw rotation and compression, the lubrication, sealing, and cooling of the air end are all completed by water, achieving real oil-free compression and providing clean compressed air for special production operations.
Oil-free screw compressors are widely used in foot processing, pharmaceutical production and other fields.
Technical Advantages
A. Copper screw rotor is adapted. Also adopted is Germany-imported sealing materials which ensure optimal sealing and engagement, improve volume efficiency, and prolong service life.
B. Oil is replaced by water, realizing lubricating, cooling, sealing, and noise reduction. High quality 100% oil-free compressed air is provided. The water discharged needs no special processing, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
C. The water separation and softening systems imported from Germany are adopted. A microcomputer operation control and protection system is used for automatic control of water and electricity actions, reducing energy consumption.
D. The compressor air end is driven directly by a motor through a coupling. The separation tank and all pipes are made of stainless steel.
E. The whole oil-free screw compressor is simple in structure. It can be directly put into use after applied with water and electricity.
