Research and Design of 2 Roller Briquetting Ball Machine
2.1 Working principle The roller ball press consists of two relatively rotating rollers. The roller surface has a corresponding hemispherical bowl arranged in a checkerboard arrangement. The material bites the person against the roller and compresses into a continuous ball strap. In the centerline plane of the two rollers, the extrusion stops. When the roller continues to rotate, the pressure decreases, and the pressed ball slightly increases in size due to elastic deformation, so that the fit of the ball and the bowl wall is damaged. In this way, the ball can be smoothly demoulded. The size of the ball depends on the size of the hemispherical bowl shape.
