In April 2010, DEUTZ, a non-road DEUTZ engine produced by Deutz FAW Dachai , was tested for emissions at the Jinan Automobile Testing Center according to EU emission regulations and witnessed by a VCA engineer. The test consists of 10 family lines with a total of 349 models. After a week of testing, all types of engines have passed emissions certification. The success of the test indicates that the DEUTZ engine has fully complied with the European standards and that all performance indicators are better than the EU regulations. In May, the VCA audit team went deep into Deutz FAW Dachai production site to conduct factory production consistency check. The audit team carefully audited all aspects of the quality management system, procurement, process flow, warehouse, off-line inspection, etc. The auditing experts highly praised the specifications of the procedures and quality documents of the Yiwu IFA-China FAW-Chai Machinery Co., Ltd. The equipment used in production and production is first-rate, highly accurate, advanced in management, and high in personnel quality, and fully meets European standards.
