Product Description


The machine can produce various FRP Pultrusion Profiles only need different molds, the profiles include Square tubes, Rectangular tubes, Round tubes, L Angles, I Beams,C Channels, Windows and doors profiles, Flat sheet, Wave sheet, and Rod fiberglass pultruded profile etc. 

Depending on the traction, hydraulic pultrusion machine is divided into: 12 Tons, 16 Tons, 20 Tons, 25T, 30T and 35T. Choose traction depends on the size of FRP profiles specifications. 

Hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC, which adopts hydraulic pressure type to-and-fro as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting. The line consists of roving racks, resin bath, mould calibrating table, to-and-fro traction machine, cutting saw, racks for finished products and control system.

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. 
    Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
