HN-6G wall-mounted smart tachometer is an intelligent speed monitoring protection instrument using ARM as the core. The monitoring instrument has the following functions: speed monitoring, double upper alarm set point, 1 lower limit alarm set point, analog current output and other functions. It is suitable for the monitoring and protection of rotational speed of rotating machinery in electric power, petroleum, chemical and other industrial sectors.

Parameter modification procedure: Press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds until the digital display box is completely dark. Release the button to enter the parameter setting state. At this time, the digital tube display box displays “E1--” press the “SET” button to enter the alarm value. Set, see the last digit of the digital tube is flashing, press "<" key to select the digit to be modified, use "+" "-" key to modify the digit of flashing digit. After the modification is completed, press the "SET" key to confirm and exit the alarm setting state. If you need to modify other parameters, you can press the "+" and "-" keys to enter other parameters under the parameter name. After the setting is completed, press and hold “SET” for 5 seconds to save all parameters and return to working status.

Sensor installation: unscrew the air plug of the sensor, insert the sensor into the mounting bracket, ensure that the distance between the speed measuring head and the speed measuring gear is between 0.5~1.0mm, tighten the fastening nut, and then align the air bearing head with the air socket Tighten it. The signal input line of the magnetoresistive sensor adopts a two-core shielded cable, and the wiring should be strictly in accordance with the wiring diagram.
The installation of the instrument is inserted from the front of the instrument room of the central control room, then the left and right mounting brackets are installed at the back, and can be fastened with screws, and then the terminal board connection diagrams are correctly connected to the input and output wires. When connecting the sensor signal wire to the rear terminal board, a two-core shielded cable should be used.
