Under normal circumstances, the structural design of the road sound barrier consists of two parts. The first is the design and calculation of the sound barrier load-bearing structure, which is mainly aimed at the strength and rigidity of the sound barrier structure; it is the sound barrier structure that meets the structural requirements. The sound barrier structure design should consider safety parts, noise reduction effects and landscape factors. Considering the height reduction or increasing noise reduction effect, the top structure of the sound barrier can be considered. In addition, the economics of the project need to be considered.
As we all know, the road sound barrier will increase the sound insulation effect with height, but it is not considered to increase the height.
The characteristics of road sound barriers can generally be effectively improved by increasing their height. Although a height increase of 1m can bring about a benefit of 1.5dB (A) increase of 1L, it also has certain negative effects.
1 There is insufficient light in the residential area on both sides of the road;
2 The driver's line of sight is obscured, which is easy to form visual fatigue;
3 The sound barrier is increased, resulting in an increase in self-weight, and its foundation needs reinforcement and the cost is increased.
When the height of the road sound barrier is 4m, the performance price ratio of the steel barrier reaches a larger value. Therefore, it is not advisable to satisfy the noise reduction requirement only by increasing the height of the sound barrier. In view of this and landscape considerations, it is necessary to improve the design method, expand the design ideas, and try to improve the acoustic characteristics of the road sound barrier by other means.
In addition, the materials used in road sound barrier fittings shall comply with the following requirements:
1. Fasteners used for road sound barriers should have anti-corrosion measures. The anti-corrosion period should be no less than 15 years. The mechanical properties of fasteners should meet the requirements of the current national and municipal standards.
2. The mechanical properties of chemical anchors and the performance of chemical anchor anchors should comply with the current national and municipal standards.
3. The material of the spring card used for the sound barrier shall comply with the relevant provisions of 65Mn steel specified in "Spring Steel" (GB1222).
4. The mechanical properties and coating thickness of cold-rolled galvanized steel sheets and aluminum alloy sheets used for the upper and lower sealing plates shall comply with the requirements of this regulation.
5. The round wire rope used in the anti-drop device shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Purpose Steel Wire Rope (GB/T20118).
