Langfang District, Hebei Province imported remote control roller for the first time

A few days ago, the Langfang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau completed the inspection of a vibratory remote-controlled roller imported from Germany. This is the first time in Langfang jurisdiction to import remote control of small road construction machinery and equipment.

The above equipment is mainly used for soil and asphalt compaction of roads in newly built communities. Through the use of a wireless remote controller, the worker moves, rolls, and vibrates the roller at a distance of 20 meters. The equipment is easy to operate, which can save labor costs and improve work efficiency.

According to the characteristics of the equipment, the inspection personnel of the Langfang Bureau focused on verifying the safety of the use of the equipment on the basis of the container quarantine and the verification of the unpacking certificate. Through the verification of technical data and on-site operation, it was confirmed that the detectors installed by the equipment are well-performing and trigger the equipment safety protection program to stop moving when approaching two meters. This can effectively ensure the safety of personnel.
