Gravel spreader aggregate spreader

One of the pavement construction machinery. The construction machinery that spreads the gravel evenly on the roadbed. It consists of a hopper, a support roller, a skid, a V-shaped scraper, a widened side plate, and a running wheel.

The hopper is hung on the back of the dump truck, and is supplied and hauled by dump trucks for paving operations. The front of the hopper is supported on the roller. When the pebble paver is hauled for a short distance, the rear part is supported on the skid to reduce the specific pressure on the foundation and improve the flatness of the ply. The side walls of the rear of the hopper are also equipped with hinged widened side panels to adjust the paving width. When the gravel paver is hauled short distances, the rear skis can be replaced with running wheels for dragging. The main technical parameters of the gravel paver are the hopper capacity, the width and thickness of the paving.
