This project proposes a measurement method of luminous flux of high-power LED light source based on 2Ï€ standard light source, and builds a measuring device to accurately measure the luminous flux of high-power LED light source under specific junction temperature conditions; The 2Ï€ standard light source overcomes the limitation of the spectral power distribution of the traditional LED standard light source as a narrow-band Gaussian distribution; a correction algorithm for the spectral radiometer is proposed, which can effectively correct its nonlinear response and reduce its stray light level to achieve its Accurate measurement over a wide dynamic range. After the installation, the measurement field has filled the gap in the measurement field of high-power LED light source in Shanghai Metrology Institute and even East China.
In the industrial field, it can provide effective traceability for the luminous flux value of various new LED light sources, and can also issue general-purpose 2Ï€ standard light sources for production enterprises, which has important practical significance for the future development of smart lighting and the automotive industry.
