Abstract: Floss is made from lean meat and removes water. It is nutritious, easy to carry, and loved by consumers. This article is mainly from the perspective of monitoring the sealing performance of floss packaging, using the MFY-01 Sealing Tester independently developed by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. to test the sealing performance of floss packaging, and briefly described the testing principle and equipment parameters of MFY-01 . And the summary of the test process, effectively solve the problems caused by leakage, leakage, bagging, etc. caused by the sealing problem of the packaging, and improve the effect of the soft plastic packaging bag on the quality of the contents.

1 , the meaning
The sealing performance of a package is a key factor related to the quality of the contents of the package. This is because the tightness of the package determines the extent to which the finished product package is independent of the external environment. If the package is poorly sealed, the gas content or components inside the package are prone to occur. Changes, such as the leakage of gas from outside the package into the package or from the gas filled inside the package, can cause problems such as leakage if the package contains liquid components. This can cause product quality to deteriorate. The sealing problem of packaging is generally hidden and can not be identified with the naked eye, so it is difficult to find and deal with it in time before leaving the factory. It is often caused by the leakage and leakage of the contents during the long circulation and storage process after leaving the factory. Moldy, agglomeration, bagging and other quality problems, companies are therefore exposed to greater risks and economic losses. Therefore, the sealing problem of packaging has always been a major problem for enterprises.
In this paper, take Floss Pine as an example to analyze the sealing problem of packaging bags. Meat floss is made from lean meat, chicken or fish in the pork and is made of water. It is delicious, nutritious, easy to carry, and can be eaten directly or used as an adjunct to other foods. Because the floss itself contains less water and has a high content of nutrients, the requirement for preservation conditions is relatively high. If the package has poor sealing, the floss is prone to agglomeration, mildew and other quality problems.

2 , the standard situation
At present, the testing standards for domestic package sealing are mainly GB/T 15171-1994 “Test methods for sealing performance of flexible packages â€.
3 , test sample
The brand of plastic loose-leaf wrapped in plastic bags sold on the market.
4 , test equipment
This article uses Labthink blue light MFY-01 seal tester to test.

4.1 Test principle
By vacuuming the vacuum chamber of the equipment, the sample immersed in the vacuum chamber water generates a pressure difference between inside and outside, and checks whether the sample leaks, thereby determining the sealing performance of the sample; or through vacuuming the vacuum chamber, Make the sample produce internal and external pressure difference, and observe the sealing performance of the sample by observing the expansion of the sample and releasing the shape of the sample after releasing the vacuum.
4.2 Scope of application
Applicable to the overall leak test of glass bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. Applicable to the overall leak test of plastic bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. Applicable to the overall leak test of metal bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. Applicable to the sealing test of paper-plastic composite bags and boxes. Meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 15171 and the American standard ASTM D 3078 .4.3 Equipment Parameters
The degree of vacuum is 0 ~ -90KPa . The effective size of the vacuum chamber is available in three options: 270 mm ( diameter ) × 210 mm ( height ) , 360 mm ( diameter ) × 585 mm ( height ) , and 460 mm ( diameter ) × 330 mm ( height ) .5 , the test process
(1) Immerse the sample in the water in the vacuum chamber.
(2) Seal the cover and set the required vacuum pressure parameters and holding time.
(3) Turn on the vacuum pump and start vacuuming. Press the start button on the device to start the test.
(4) Observe the presence of continuous bubbles on the surface of the package during vacuum pumping or during pressure holding.
6 , test results
Floss sealing performance test results of the finished packaging bag 3 is: 2 in the finished packaging -90 KPa not leak, good sealing properties; an additional edge sealing the finished package KPa when the leak occurred at -35.4, seal Poor sex.
7. Conclusion
Test of Labthink MFY-01 seal test device can be used floss finished package sealing performance, simple operation test, the short time-consuming, high efficiency, can be accurately reflected floss package sealing performance. Through the detection of the tightness of the 3 bags of dried meat floss finished packaging, it was found that not all packages can achieve good sealing performance, while the poor sealing performance packages are prone to agglomeration, odor, mildew and other quality problems, indicating that strengthening the finished product packaging factory The importance of front sealing performance testing. In addition, according to the characteristics of the floss, the need to focus on other properties of the oxygen barrier properties floss bags, water resistance, heat seal strength, etc., related testing equipment You can visit the website or blue light directly call us.
