AkzoNobel launches new green chelating agent Dissolvine M-40

It is reported that Dissolvine M-40 is a biodegradable and powerful chelating agent with active ingredient MGDA. This new product will greatly enhance the strength of AkzoNobel's green chelating agent solution. Another representative product of the company's green chelating agents is the Dissolvine GL (GLDA) series, the majority of which is derived from natural plant and animal materials. “Our products combine excellent cleaning performance with environmental benefits. They are fast acting and can completely replace traditional chelating agents such as phosphate and NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid). These traditional chelating agents are not easily degraded and do not meet environmental requirements.
