According to the US "Detroit News" on December 28th, for the production and sales of automobiles, the automotive industry has achieved globalization of thinking and globalization of operations, and the "seamless connection" between parts suppliers, auto manufacturers and franchisees ".
However, once the car has problems and needs to be recalled, global cooperation will collapse. The reason is that there are currently no questions on how to recall a car and how to notify the owner of the car when recalling. There are still no clear regulations in the world.
Six years ago, Honda began recalling cars in the United States for driver's seat airbags. The airbag used in the recalled vehicle was produced at the Georgia plant by Japanese auto parts manufacturer Takada, which is now closed. The airbags of these airbags will rupture metal fragments after explosion, which is safe for the occupants. However, until this year, the problematic airbag caused the death of a Malaysian driver, and Honda recalled a large number of cars in Europe and Asia. The airbags of these cars were produced at the same time in the Georgia factory.
Sean Kane, chairman of the US Security Strategy Group and a car safety advocate, said: "We have seen similar incidents. The same problem vehicles are facing recalls in some areas, but the problems remain unresolved in other regions. The situation should be avoided."
Government departments are safety oversight departments, but the rules and regulations are different. Coupled with the lack of cooperation between countries, car manufacturers have great power to decide when and where to repair the problem vehicles. Although the United Nations has made long-term efforts to promote consensus on the safety standards of the countries, it still has little effect.
In Europe and Japan, cars are subject to rigorous inspection before they go on the market; in the United States, car manufacturers are self-guaranteed and will be inspected after the car goes on the market; in Mexico and India, the government has no safety standards for listed vehicles.
Similarly, countries have different performances in dealing with issues. In the United States, manufacturers need to expose their security risks within five days of discovering a problem, even if the issue has not been determined. In countries such as Colombia, manufacturers must first come up with the right solution before they can announce a recall.
John Krafcik, president of TrueCar.com, the former car dealership of the car, said that even with regard to the definition of security risks, there are some differences.
It is reported that Japanese auto parts manufacturer Takada has 56 factories in 20 countries around the world, providing airbags to 22% of the world's vehicles. Some experts pointed out that it is the globalization of automobile production and sales that has greatly reduced the safety of automobiles.

Forging Parts

Metal forging is a processing method that uses a forging machine to apply pressure to a metal blank to make it a part of a certain shape and size. The forging process can change the metal structure and improve the metal properties, making it have higher mechanical properties than the raw materials. Therefore, forging is usually given priority to workpieces that require relatively high strength and heavy load-bearing. Because the forging process is a process of up and down pressing, the structure of the workpiece cannot be too complicated, and only some workpieces with a relatively simple structure can be formed. If the structure of some workpieces is relatively complex, we can form a structure that can be forged, and then obtain the desired structure through subsequent secondary CNC machining, but the relative cost will be relatively high.

SCZY has very rich experience in metal forging, as well as subsequent secondary CNC machining and surface treatment. We are mainly engaged in the processing of forged parts such as aluminum alloy forging, copper alloy forging, carbon steel forging, alloy steel forging and Stainless Steel Forging, as well as subsequent secondary CNC machining and surface treatment. Here are a few photos of the products we've made:
