China's ship-to-equipment exports increased slightly from January to April

According to customs statistics, from January to April this year, China's ship supporting equipment exports amounted to 915 million US dollars, an increase of 14%; the import value was 1.404 billion US dollars, down 11.6%.
In April, China’s ship-to-equipment equipment exports amounted to US$252 million, a year-on-year increase of 22.2%, a decrease of more than US$2 million from the previous month; imports amounted to US$360 million, a year-on-year decrease of 14% and a decrease of US$25 million from the previous month.
Although the total export volume of China's ship-to-equipment equipment has maintained a small increase in the first four months of the year, the export volume in April has declined, especially in the case of exports to Europe. Under the sluggish economic situation, the trend of declining exports is expected to continue.
