(2) When the magnetostrictive level gauge is used on site, special attention should be paid to first open the upper ball valve of the liquid level gauge and then open the lower ball valve. Because the bottom of the KM26 non-magnetic connecting tube is equipped with a thrust spring that can protect the magnetic float. If the valve is opened first, the magnetic float will hit the top of the connecting tube and damage the liquid level due to the large pressure difference between the container and the connecting tube. meter. Therefore, it is necessary to operate according to the valve opening procedure of the first up and down, in order to avoid the above accident.
(3) After the magnetostrictive level gauge is used for a period of time, if there is a phenomenon that the liquid level or the interface stays at a fixed number for a long time, it is likely that the magnetic float is stained with dirt. At this time, the upper ball valve of the level gauge should be turned off, the liquid should be drained, the float should be carefully taken out, and the dirt on the magnetic float should be cleaned and restored.
(4) The magnetostrictive level gauge is equipped with a closed glass tube with an orange buoy. If it is accidentally damaged or broken, it can be replaced with a glass tube of the same size. If there are conditions, Zui will draw it into a vacuum. The glass tube of the LT-109 level gauge of our factory's 10000 t/a hydrogen peroxide unit was replaced by this method in 1999. The level gauge is still working normally.
(5) When selecting the magnetostrictive level gauge, in addition to the basic requirements of the production process regarding operating pressure, temperature, liquid level or interface variation range, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, etc., special attention should be paid to whether or not the heating accessory is selected. The LT-104, LT-109, LT-203, LT-301 and other liquid level gauges in the 10000 t/a hydrogen peroxide plant of our factory have no previous heat accessory, which causes the measured medium to crystallize at low temperature and often leads to the liquid level gauge. It can't work normally. After the overhaul in 2001, the problem was solved after adding the heat accessory. These level gauges can work normally.
(6) Some people in daily work have such a bad habit of checking the magnetostrictive liquid level timing and pulling the magnetic float outside the non-magnetic connecting tube with a strong magnet. If this is often done, it may cause the magnetic float. The magnetic field changes and the level gauge is not working properly.
