The oil ignition started once.
The No. 4 Boiler Project commenced construction on July 31, 2009 with a design capacity of 220 tons/hour of high temperature and high pressure steam. After the intense initial civil construction and equipment installation, No. 4 boiler completed the commissioning of soda, smoke and fuel systems a few days ago, creating conditions for the successful completion of the ignition start. With the successful start of the first firing of the No. 4 furnace, the follow-up wind power field test and the overall debugging of the coal feeding, dusting, dust removal, ash removal, and slag discharge systems will also be gradually launched. After the coal-fired start-up purge, safety door setting, and other restorative installations are completed, a 72-hour trial run can be performed.
After the first three units have been put into operation and the full-load trial operation has been completed, the Songmu Island Base is also the last completed project of the first phase of the relocation and transformation project of the Group Company. The operation of the No. 4 furnace will be three major chemical industries: synthetic ammonia, allied alkali and ammonium nitrate. The full-load production of the plant will provide more reliable thermal energy protection. At the same time, it will also open up the surrounding joint ventures and the chemical park heating market, bringing new economic growth points to the company.
