The correct use of the float level switch:
1. Check whether the liquid level meter is within the verification period before use. Otherwise, it should be checked and replaced if it is unqualified.
2, the sensor should be installed horizontally, the length of the entry should meet the technical requirements.
3. The connection between the sensor and the explosion-proof junction box should be tight and tight, and no rainwater should be leaked.
4, the wiring should be carried out according to the instructions for use, can not be shorted or wrong.
5. The float level sensor should work within the set measurement range and must not work over the range.
The correct maintenance method of the float level switch :
1. After 6 months to 1 year of operation, the sensor should be visually inspected and routinely verified.
2. Regularly check whether the sensor is bent and deformed by external force to avoid causing the card to malfunction.
3. Regularly check whether the sensor's magnetic sensor switch component is out of aging, not less than 1 time per month.
4. The sensor verification period is 1 year.
5. Check that the float ball level sensor protection sleeve must not have leakage.
