Industrial tests, verifying the perfect CTA/PTA drying mathematical model, and mastering the key technologies of CTA/PTA drying process and equipment design. In 2007, they took over the production of 600,000 tons/year PTA unit CTA/PTA dryer from Jialong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.
In February 2008, the center also signed a contract for the development and development of a CTA/PTA dryer for the 1 million tons/year PTA project of Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber. Yizheng Chemical Fiber 1 million tons/year PTA project adopts the technology of independent intellectual property rights in China. In January 2008, Baoshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. 330 tons / hour coal humidity control system project was put into the field installation and construction stage, the main equipment dryer is expected to be put into operation in August 2008, after the production will reduce the coke oven fuel consumption by about 2 ~ 3 Kg / ton. Shanxi Huijin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. coke oven 400 tons / hour coal humidity control device has entered the equipment assembly stage, is expected to be put into the field installation and commissioning in March 2008. After the coal moisture control device constructed by Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is put into operation, it is expected to save 30% of coke oven fuel and 30% to 40% of coking wastewater.
