There is no subsidy for new energy vehicles now. Excessive subsidies will not work, and will be cancelled sooner or later. In the future, there will be many subsidy policies for new energy vehicles, such as cancellation of restrictions on travel and other policies, which will promote new energy development. The period from 2016 to 2020 is a transition period. It is very important how the subsidy policy is implemented after the transition period.

Third, with the passage of time, battery performance and quality are mixed. How to deal with the impending deterioration of battery performance, warranty, maintenance, and complaints. All businesses and government departments must make some preparations for this.

Fourth, as soon as the work of the battery scrapping and recycling of batteries is started, it should be laid out as soon as possible.

Fifth, we must eliminate security risks and reduce fire accidents.

The analysis of the power field of new energy automotive industry, how to maintain a large driving force to solve the resistance of the promotion work, to solve these problems so that new energy vehicles continue to move forward, has been pushed to the track of rapid growth, there is much work to be done here.

Finally, Wang Binggang proposes that: at the end of this year and early next year, carry out the scientific evaluation of the promotion effect of new energy vehicles, sum up experience, improve work, and provide a better basis for the work of the next five years.
