Since 2006, the College of Biomedical Engineering and Instrument Science of Zhejiang University has cooperated with the China Astronaut Training Center to develop the "non-invasive heart function monitor". Since 2011, the non-invasive function monitor has begun to participate in space missions. First, it has successfully entered space with the Tiangong-1 target aircraft; in 2012, Shenzhou Nine launched and successfully implemented China’s first manned flight with Tiangong-1. In the past ten years, the cooperation between Zhejiang University’s School of Biomedical Engineering and Instrument Science and the China Astronaut Training Center has been comprehensive, including the research of aerospace medical information technology, aerospace medical imaging technology, space environment electrophysiological testing instruments, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in space environment.
