China Insurance Regulatory Commission plans to build auto insurance blacklist sharing system

Recently, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the "Guide to strengthen anti-insurance fraud work," and will severely crack down on auto fraud. At the same time, we will study the establishment of a reporting incentive system and explore the establishment of a blacklist sharing system in the industry.

At present, the auto insurance business has accounted for 70% of the property insurance company's business, and the criminal activities in the field of auto insurance have become increasingly frequent. The "Opinions" pointed out that governance opportunity-based fraud focuses on prevention, improving institutional mechanisms, and strengthening publicity and education; governance-based professional fraud focuses on combat, and punishes gang fraud and professional fraud.

The China Insurance Regulatory Commission requested that property insurance companies should improve the effectiveness of anti-fraud work. Industry associations should use the auto insurance information platform to establish and improve the auto insurance fraud information database, strengthen the anti-fraud function of the platform, and explore the promotion of fraudulent information sharing in the industry. At the same time, we will study the establishment of a reporting incentive system and explore the establishment of a blacklist sharing system in the industry.
