     The maximum test power of the platform is 27800kVA, and the voltage can cover the main voltage level of three-phase 400V to 11kV, the power factor is adjustable by 0.8, and the frequency is 50/60Hz.

     Tubular bus

     The tubular busbar is used to connect the primary circuit in the system. Compared with the copper busbar used in the traditional test system, the tubular busbar has a larger current carrying capacity, higher thermal resistance coefficient of the insulating material, no environmental interference, high reliability, and installation. Convenient and less maintenance work, more suitable for high-power test environment. Thereby the maximum test capacity and reliability of the system is further improved.

     Contact cabinet and control cabinet

     The communication cabinet and the control cabinet can combine the resources of each work station to realize the parallel or interlocking of the load and the generator set, thereby realizing the rapid switching between various test voltages and powers, so that the operator can test the units of different specifications. There is no need to repeatedly wire the unit and the load, and the switching can be done quickly by software.

     At the same time, the redundancy of the system is also increased because the resources of each station can be shared and combined. Even if the test equipment of a certain station needs to be repaired and rebuilt, it will not affect the normal work of other stations, and greatly improve the continuous working capacity of the system.

     Comprehensive protection cabinet

     In order to ensure the electrical safety of the liaison cabinet during parallel operation, the system realizes the differential protection of the generator set and the high and low backup protection of the transformer through the integrated protection cabinet. Therefore, the system avoids a short circuit accident when the test voltage is switched and the units of each working station are combined.

The integrated protection cabinet is the lowest level of protection for one-click operation of the software, which greatly improves the system fault tolerance and further reduces the requirements for operators.

     The load cabinet converts the power output of the generator set during the test and safely consumes it. Load cabinets are usually installed outdoors and are weather and corrosion resistant. The load cabinet of this system adopts special insulation design to ensure insulation safety even if it is working in rainwater environment for a long time. The load cabinet also has a self-protection function, which can automatically stop and protect in time when the system voltage, current and temperature are abnormal.
