The China Automotive Technology and Research Center’s September release of August China's auto industry development information shows that from January to August this year, China’s cumulative production and sales of automobiles were 109.915 million and 945.69 million, respectively, an increase of 35.45% and 31.53% respectively. The overall development situation is good.

According to the data, in August, the country’s auto production reached 1,204,200, a decrease of 2.74% from the previous period and a year-on-year increase of 10.15%. Sales volume reached 1,125,500 units, a year-on-year increase of 15.09% and a year-on-year increase of 55.72%. It rebounded strongly after experiencing a sales trough in July. Enter the sales season ahead of schedule.

August was the off-season of the traditional auto market. However, in August this year, China's auto sales changed for three consecutive months and fell, showing a clear rebound. It showed a prosperous picture of “not bad in the off-season and stabilizing.”

Zhao Hang, director of the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, believes that the launch of new energy-saving and new energy subsidy policies, and the launch of the energy-saving products promotion project for energy-saving products will further stimulate the automotive market. At the same time, the process of urbanization in China continues to accelerate, and the rapid development of the secondary and tertiary automobile market has also led to the growth of China's auto market.
