On April 3, Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. made the first domestic first automated ship equipment for Xiamen Yuanhai Container Terminal, which was successfully shipped from Zhenhua Heavy Industry Changxing Branch. It includes 3 double-car shore bridges and 4 automatic guided trolleys (AGV), which will arrive at Xiamen Yuanhai Terminal after 3 days.
The Xiamen Yuanhai Automation Terminal Project consists of three double-car shore bridges, 16 track cranes, 18 AGVs and an automated terminal handling software control system. The project started in March 2013. Among them, the shore bridge built for the project is a large shore container crane with a double-car design with a load capacity of 65 tons, a forward reach of 70 meters and a lifting height of 46 meters. As the first automated terminal equipment in China, Bank Bridge integrates automation technology for the first time, including CCTV surveillance system camera, automatic positioning camera, OCR system camera, cart and trolley magnet positioning system. Under the support of the remote system independently developed by Zhenhua Heavy Industry, the shore bridge operation can realize remote control. In addition, the new translation function of the shore bridge enhances the stability of the spreader movement; the LED bridges are used in many places on the shore bridge, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
The innovative and optimized AGV is the horizontal transportation equipment of the automated terminal system. It adopts the advanced design concept of the whole vehicle, which is green, environmentally friendly, low in noise and less in failure. It is equipped with two methods: manual charging and automatic charging. Driven with pure lithium batteries, it creates a history that AGVs no longer use high-power internal combustion engines.
In addition, the 16 track suspensions of the project have all completed the final assembly at Zhenhua Heavy Industry Nantong Co., Ltd., which is in the commissioning phase and is scheduled to be shipped in July. In order to cooperate with the construction of the automatic track crane, Zhenhua Heavy Industry invested in the construction of an “automatic track crane commissioning siteâ€, which greatly improved the efficiency of track crane debugging.
