Audi sells 53,828 monthly sales, winning the championship

In the Chinese market in October, Audi's delivery volume historically reached 53,828 units, which also set a new record this year, reaching 14.5%. Long-wheelbase version of the Audi A4 demand in the Chinese market has further increased. From January to October, Audi's cumulative delivery in the Chinese market reached 472,498 vehicles, a 3% drop from the same period of last year.

Audi sold a total of 158,750 vehicles in the global market in October, an increase of 5.3% compared to the same period last year. Audi sales began to recover in June, with cumulative sales for January-October reaching 1,539,500 units, a slight 1.3% lower than the same period last year.

BMW Group sold a total of 50,412 vehicles in October

Asia also continues to be an important driver of BMW Group sales growth, especially in the Chinese market. In the Asian region, BMW Group's sales in the January-October period reached 691,319 units, an increase of 13.1% over the same period of last year. In the Chinese mainland market, BMW Group sold a total of 50,412 units in October, an increase of 14.2% over the same period of the previous year; 1- Accumulated sales in October reached 487,069 vehicles, an increase of 15.1% year-on-year.

The global sales of the BMW Group from January to October exceeded 2 million units, a total of 2,008,849 units, an increase of 3.4% compared to the same period of last year. The group’s global sales in October reached 197,601, a slight increase of 0.8% compared with the same period of last year.

Mercedes-Benz's sales in China in October and January-October are both breaking records

In the Asia-Pacific region, Mercedes-Benz sales in October exceeded September and set a new record of 67,132 vehicles, an increase of 5.3% year-on-year. From January to October, cumulative sales also historically reached 728,263 vehicles, an increase of 21.1% over the same period of last year. In the Chinese market, Mercedes-Benz sold a total of 46,016 vehicles in October, while cumulative sales for the January-October period reached 488,915 units, a year-on-year increase of 27.8%. As a result, sales in the Chinese market in October and January-October all hit record highs.

Mercedes-Benz’s global sales continued to hit a new record in October, reaching 182,812 units, an increase of 5.6% compared to the same period last year. On this basis, cumulative sales for January-October reached 1,900,112 units, an increase of 11.1% over the same period of last year.

Cadillac sales rose by 36.1% in October

Cadillac sold a total of 17,018 vehicles in October, an increase of 36.1% compared to the same period last year; Cadillac delivered 141,643 vehicles in the Chinese market in January-October, an increase of 58.2% over the same period last year. Sales of the XT5 luxury SUV, its best-selling model, increased by 40% compared to the same period last year to 6,615 units; the ATS-L luxury sports sedan sold more than 5,600 units, an increase of 37% compared to the same period last year; sales of the CT6 flagship sedan rose by 170% to 1,200 units; sales of XTS luxury cars increased by 16%, while the new version will be listed on November 5.

Cadillac delivered 33,092 vehicles in the global market in October, maintaining growth for 17 consecutive months, an increase of 17.2%. From January to October, the cumulative sales volume reached 289,705 vehicles, an increase of 20.5% over the same period of last year.

Lexus surpasses Jaguar Land Rover and sold 12,443 vehicles last month

In 2017, Lexus' sales in the Chinese market gradually increased with the availability of various models. The new IS, the new CT 200h, the new NX, the new LX, and the new ES were introduced in the market and the product lineup expanded rapidly. In October, Lexus delivered 12,443 units in the Chinese market, setting a record high for single-month sales in China, with an increase of 19.2%. From January to October, cumulative sales reached 106,935 units, an increase of 21% over the same period of last year.

Jaguar Land Rover sold 12,321 vehicles last month

Jaguar Land Rover’s growth in the Chinese market reached 12.4%, with a total of 12,321 sold last month; cumulative sales in the Chinese market for January-October reached 116,988 units, an increase of 25% compared to the same period last year.

Jaguar Land Rover’s total retail sales in the global market reached 46,418 units in October, an increase of 0.2% from the same period last year. Among them, Jaguar's retail sales in the global market in October was 12,336 units, a decrease of 14.3% compared with the same period of last year. Land Rover’s retail sales in the global market in October were 34,082 units, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%.

Volvo sold 10,744 vehicles in China in October

Volvo’s sales in China, the world’s largest market, reached 10,744 units in October, an increase of 29.5% compared to the same period last year. The XC60, S90 and S60L produced locally in China have become the main drivers of growth. In the entire Asia Pacific region, Volvo’s sales rose by 24%. From January to October, cumulative sales in the Chinese market reached 93,085 units, an increase of 29.9% compared to the same period of last year.

Lincoln increased 48% year-on-year

Lincoln’s sales exceeded 5,514 in October, a 48% year-on-year increase from the same period last year; cumulative sales from January to October this year were nearly 45,729, up 85% from the same period last year. Lincoln’s most sold model was the MKZ, which sold 1,315 vehicles last month, an increase of 55%. Lincoln Continental, MKC, MKX and pilots all performed well.

Infiniti sells 2,557 units in October

Dongfeng Infiniti Motor Co., Ltd. sold 2,557 domestic models in October. Among them, 1,939 high-tech luxury sports car Q50L terminal sales in October, a slight increase year-on-year. From January to October, Dongfeng Infiniti's domestically-manufactured models sold a total of 22,397 units, an increase of 6% year-on-year, and sales accounted for nearly 60% of sales.

Acura sold 1,637 units in China in October

Acura's terminal sales in China reached 1,637 units in October, a year-on-year increase of 18.8%. From January to October, Acura branded terminal sales totaled 12,171 units, a year-on-year increase of 147.4%. The Acura brand's CDX models sold 1,601 vehicles in October, an increase of 51.3% year-on-year, and cumulative sales in the previous October reached 11,382 units.
