Because of the frequent picking of hooks in the inclined shaft lifting, and the wire rope is easy to wear and break, it is prone to a sports accident. The consequences are more serious, causing not only equipment damage, but also casualties and production pauses. The causes of sports car accidents are generally: the negligence of the hook worker, pushing the unhooked empty car down to the sports car; the hook work is not properly operated, such as unloading the hook in advance when the vehicle is not fully picked up, causing the unsold vehicle sports car; the wire rope is broken or The connection device breaks and causes the sports car; the hoist brake fails to cause the sports car; when the vehicle is running, the hook pin jumps out to cause the sports car.
To prevent sports car accidents, two principles should be followed. One is to prevent sports car accidents; the other is to avoid accidents after the sports car occurs, especially to avoid personal injury. In accordance with these two principles, the main preventive measures are as follows:

2. The connection between the wire rope and the mine car, as well as the connection between the mine cars, must use a connection device that cannot be detached by itself.
3. Install anti-sports equipment in the inclined shaft.
4. Strictly implement the system of inclining wells without pedestrians and pedestrians, and prohibit people from walking on the transport lanes; when transporting inclined shafts, it is strictly forbidden to hook.
5. When transporting materials, every time before driving, check with the mechanics about the transport equipment and connecting devices. After confirming the correctness, the driving signal can be issued.
6. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the wire rope to prevent the occurrence of a broken rope sports car accident. When lowering the flat yard, do not loosen too much rope to avoid the impact damage to the rope when the vehicle suddenly goes downhill.
7. The track should meet the quality standards and be cleaned up in time to prevent the mine car from falling off or running.
8. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the mine car and stop using it when it is found that the chassis has open welding and cracks. The connecting device such as the three-chain ring and the plug should meet the requirements, and the unqualified ones must not be used.
9. Always check the hoist brake system to ensure it is in good condition.
10. The hook workers must undergo safety technical training and they can only be employed after passing the exam. It is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures. Before driving, you must carefully check the number of tractors, the hooks and the connection and loading of each vehicle, and confirm the correctness before issuing the driving signal.

1. When the inclined well is long and the vertical height is large, special personnel should be used to transport the personnel. In addition to the connection device, each vehicle must be accompanied by a safety chain. The connection device and the fuse chain must have sufficient safety factor. The person and the car should have a ceiling, and should also be equipped with a broken rope fuse. 2. When the inclined shaft is upgraded by the mining vehicle group, it is strictly forbidden to increase the number of people and goods.
3. In the inclined shaft of the trainer, the signal device must be installed to ensure that the driver can signal the driver at any place during the journey, and the driver can recognize the signals sent by the various levels during multi-level transportation. All the places where the signal is sent and received should be marked with obvious signs.
4. The work of inclined shaft transportation must be managed by a person.
