This automated stamping line uses seven ABB press-specific robots and applies the latest software technologies, such as ABB's advanced press centering system and full-line monitoring system, for the first time in the country. This upgrades manual manual operations in the existing truck production to full-line automation. Production has greatly increased production efficiency and quality stability, and reduced the rate of defective products. This production line will be mainly used to produce a new generation of self-developed heavy-duty vehicle HOWO-A7 with advanced technology and high quality in China.
