The reporter (Reporter's verification) was informed by the Fourth Meeting of the Tenth National People's Congress of Henan Province that he was convened. After the railway hub and logistics center, Henan determined to build Zhengzhou into the largest oil product distribution center in China. The improvement of oil and gas transmission and distribution systems and the construction of Zhengzhou large-scale oil product reserve centers and distribution and distribution centers have been included in the province's “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” development plan. According to the reporter’s understanding, the two oil products pipelines from the northwest and northeast that were invested by CNPC will cross thousands of kilometers before they cross Zhengzhou and pass through 10 provincial cities in Henan. By then, Zhengzhou will become the largest oil product distribution center outside the railway hub and logistics center. Henan will therefore also become a dense area for refined oil pipelines. At present, the longest pipeline projects in these two countries have completed feasibility studies and assessments and are pending further approval by the National Development and Reform Commission. The two pipelines plan to invest 12 billion yuan. Among them, the Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha oil product pipeline has a total length of 3375 kilometers. After starting from Lanzhou, it reaches Xi'an through Xi'an. Another Jinzhou-Zhengzhou refined oil pipeline, which began in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, will pass through Hebei and enter Henan, and the Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Pipeline will meet in Zhengzhou, south and south. According to the sources, the two oil dragons chose to meet in Zhengzhou, mainly because Zhengzhou is located in the middle of the country and is an important transportation hub in the country. It is also a necessary place for the West-East oil dip and North oil to go south. At the same time, Zhengzhou has a strong product oil transmission capacity. Another important factor is that Henan itself is a major province of refined oil consumption. The two main arteries of the domestic expressway, the Beijing-Zhuhai and Lianhuo Expressways, all exceed 600 kilometers in Henan. This is the upper limit for vehicles to add fuel, which means that vehicles crossing the border in Henan must add oil at least once. It is understood that the central oil resources are scarce and most of the oil products need to be transferred from other places. According to the forecast of the relevant departments, the gap between refined oil products in the five central provinces in 2010 will reach 10.06 million tons. The production of refined oil in the Northwest China is very rich. According to information from the Department of Commerce of Henan Province, the consumption of refined oil in Henan Province grew at an average rate of 14% from 2003 to 2005, and more than half of the oil products need to be transported from outside the province. The “bottleneck” of oil shipments is becoming increasingly prominent. According to industry insiders, two product oil pipelines run through Henan, and Zhengzhou has set up a large oil depot, which has a huge role in ensuring the supply of refined oil products in Henan and surrounding provinces.
